If you var_dump / error_log the file existing in that path?

Using a series of Console Logs, I've determined that "file_get_contents($manifest_url)" is returning as "false" ... so it is failing to read the file contents?
Ben, both "wp_enque_scripts" and "admin_enqueue_scripts" are working fine.
